Because our jewelry is custom-designed and made specifically for each customer, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds once an order has been placed. Each piece is created with great care and attention to detail to reflect your personal request, making it unique and non-resellable.
Why We Don’t Accept Returns:
Our products are not mass-produced. Each item is handcrafted based on your chosen name, design, and preferences. For this reason, all sales are final.
Order Issues:
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery. We will gladly review the issue and work with you to resolve it as quickly as possible.
Cancellations:
Because work on your custom piece begins shortly after you place your order, cancellations must be requested within 12 hours of purchase. After that, we cannot cancel or refund your order.
